Tell Your Friends You Love Them!

Our Story

Madison Ariana Klepesky and JonPaul Christopher Gonzalez were 18 and 19-year-old freshmen attending the University of South Carolina Beaufort. They met at the beginning of the semester, started dating, and were quickly inseparable. They were in love and living their best life. On December 4, 2021, they made a last-minute decision to go to a bonfire with some friends on the Savannah River in Hardeeville, SC, but would never reach their destination.

As they were crossing a two-lane intersection at Becks Ferry Rd and Old Charleston Highway around 10:30 pm, a vehicle was heading down Old Charleston Highway at a high rate of speed. The driver of that vehicle had a history of multiple DUI offenses and was under the influence of drugs and alcohol that night. As Madison drove across the intersection of Becks Ferry Road, the driver of the vehicle swerved into the left lane, striking the driver’s side door of her vehicle, killing her and Jonny instantly and forever and permanently changing the lives of both of their families.

We would like something positive to come from this nightmare and want nothing more than for their memory to continue on and their charitable acts to continue. Our passion led us to the creation of Madison’s Miracles, Inc.

Our Living Memory Wall

Madison’s story is just getting started! We’re excited to share our Living Memory Wall. It’s full of some of our favorite pictures of “Madarando” over the years. In addition, we’re continuing to add images as we create new experiences in memory of Madison and Jonny. Their lights will never dim!
